Sara Jane Radin, Founder, President, and Managing Director of PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGE SYSTEMS leads all client engagements. Ms. Radin is a globally recognized customer-focused organization effectiveness strategist with expertise in:

She is considered an expert in training - having won awards from the International Society for Performance Improvement, and having been elected to several national and local official leadership positions in that society.
